Assistant Chief Chris Clements (ret.) served the law enforcement profession for over 21 years, beginning as a detention officer and rising through the ranks of a full service municipal police department in the DFW metroplex. During his tenure, Chief Clements served as a patrol officer, neighborhood resource officer, DWI/Traffic Enforcement officer, patrol sergeant, CID sergeant, patrol captain, and assistant chief. He also managed the patrol field training program and served as the department’s Honor Guard Commander. Chief Clements is a Texas Master Peace Officer, and holds a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a masters degree in Management and Leadership from Tarleton State University; as well as TCOLE instructor and FTO certificates.
Detective Chris Seaman (act.) has served in law enforcement for over 10 years for a municipal police department in the DFW metroplex. During his tenure, Detective Seaman has served as a patrol officer, field training officer, CID detective, and a TFO for the United States Secret Service. Detective Seaman has also served as a member and recently as a team lead of the Honor Guard. Detective Seaman holds a Texas Master Peace Officer license, TCOLE Instructor, and FTO certificates. Detective Seaman is attending Texas A&M Commerce and nearing completion of his bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
