Our Field Training Program Management course is designed to develop skills for new program managers to aid them in managing their department's field training program. This course is also helpful for current program managers and department administrators to ensure your agency is following field training best practices and TPCA Accreditation standards. During this one day course we will dive into the the elements to create a successful program, pitfalls to watch out for, instructor development and more.
